user .procmailrc werden ignoriert.

kann mir jemand eine idee geben wo ich suchen muss ? Ich habe hier eine Debian mit Postfix und Procmail , ganz standard, mit richtigen unser. Alles lauft OK, jedoch werden die /home/user/.procmailrc ignoriert.
